Frosty Fest starts from December 14
Get ready to relax at Rocket League's coolest in-game event, Frosty Fest! If you're new to Rocket League since the free-to-play game launched, this marks the seasonal event's fourth annual arrival. It's ready to bring great news, challenges, Limited Time Modes (LTMs), and returning Frosty Fests items from yore!
Once the event has started, complete the event challenges found in the challenges menu. As you complete the Frosty Fest challenges, you'll unlock seasonal items like theHoliday Bow Topper, Holiday Hearth Wheels, and even the new animated Christmas lights decal! Check out the elements of the slideshow below. The Golden Gifts will also return as Event Challenge rewards, which will unlock items from the Accelerator, Elevation, and Triumph series. There's even a free item waiting in the item shop named Mr. Floeberg! Get the Rocket League Festive Snowman Aerial for free throughout Frosty Fest, and be on the lookout for additional festive items in the Item Shop!
Get your snow tires ready for three LTMs throughout Frosty Fest, including the new Winter Breakaway! Snow has hit Throwback Stadium for the first time and the puck is ready to drop for this Snow Day mode twist. Achieve unique and enveloping goals in this arena that resembles a hockey rink! Winter Breakaway will be playable from December 14-21, followed by Spike Rush on the snowy variant of Throwback Stadium and 2v2 Heatseeker on other snowy arenas.
